Upon check-in, you will register a credit card to your stateroom account, which covers all purchases aboard, including dining at specialty restaurants, boutique shopping, spa services, and bar beverages. The integration is seamless on our newer Century-series ships, where all points of sale feature modern electronic terminals. On some older Victoria-class ships, while cards are still accepted, there might be occasional manual processing at remote outlets like the top-deck bar, but this is rare. However, there are key exceptions and insider details to consider. Your registered card settles the final onboard account, but external services often require cash.
