These are typically two adjacent standard balcony cabins with a secure, soundproof internal door that can be unlocked by the crew. This configuration provides two full bathrooms, two private balconies, and ample space for a family to spread out while staying together. On vessels like the Century Paragon, Glory, and Oasis, as well as the Victoria Sabrina and Jenna, connecting cabins are a standard and popular cabin category. They are explicitly listed as such during the booking process.

However, it is not a universal feature across all ships on the river. Older vessels or ships from other cruise lines may have a very limited number of connecting cabins, or none at all.
